New Years Eve!
New Years Eve this year was really fun. Katie, Megann, and Daniel were here, so it was nice to celebrate all together. Every year it has been a tradition that we go out to Majestic Dragon to eat chinese food. This year, we decided to dress up. We had nothing better to do. So, we all got dolled up and went out for dinner. The food was really good. After, we just hung out and waited until the countdown. Last year, Katie, Megann, and I started a new tradition. We take a piece of paper and write down our favorite things of the year. For example, we write our favorite article of clothing, our favorite song, our best friends, and our crush, just to name a few. We wrote those down, and then opened ours from last year to see the difference. It was really funny. We all agree that it's a good tradition and we will try to continue it every year. By the time we finished that, it was 11:50, so we got ready. We counted down and had a little dance party. The rest of the night was fun. We just hung out. It was a good new year, and I'm excited for new things that 2009 will bring. 2008 is finally over, and I'm totally ready to welcome new things in the new year. I hope that the new year brings good things for you, and I hope you had a good New Years Eve!

Best Friends <3
It has been a while since I have posted, and I don't really have an excuse. Really, I have just been doing homework, reading, and going to cheerleading practice. I'm on an All Star cheering team now, since my school season has ended, and I love it. I'm glad to still be cheering. When I'm not cheering, I'm doing school work. Also, I was reading Breaking Dawn, which is the fourth book in the Twilight series, but I fninshed last night. Now I have more time on my hands. I was addicted to the book, and rarely did anything else besides read it. So, since I have more time, I thought that I'd post on here. I have a lot of things I can post about, so I'm going to try and get everybody up to date. These pictures are from a few weeks ago; the day before Thanksgiving vacation. My friend Alyx was home from boarding school, and Lizzy and I got out early from school. We all went to my house and watched 30 Days of Night. Then, we went to Lizzy's house and took pictures of us jumping off of her porch and on the trampoline. Later, we went to see Twilight at the movies, and it was sooo awesome. Totally as good as the book. I thought that I wouldn't like the movie, but it really was true to the book. So, here are some pictures from the afternoon. I'll get more pictures up soon. Hopefully I will find the time and energy to post all of the recent pictures I have.

Sarah's Sweet Sixteen

My friend Sarah recently turned sixteen. To celebrate this, she rented a limo and invited a few of her friends to go into Boston to go shopping. I was lucky enough to be invited. The limo was so cool! We all squeezed in, listened to music, took pictures, and drank sparkling cider. My friend Lizzy and I organized a group gift. We got everyone to pitch in, and we got her a necklace from Tiffany's. We stopped at the mall with the store in it, and as everyone went to the bathroom, Lizzy and I went and got her necklace. She loved it. We plan to do the same thing for everyone's birthday. After getting the necklace, we drove to Newbury Street and walked around to different stores. Then we went to a really nice restaurant called Sonsie. We met her parents and cousin there and had a great dinner. Overall, the night was really fun.

First Cheerleading Competition!
Today was my cheerleading team's first competition. We have been working so hard for this. Though it was a competition that doesn't really matter, we went there wanting to show how good we have become. The day started off well, and we all met at the school and got ready. We applied tons of glitter and slicked our hair back. We boarded the bus and set out to Beverly High School. We got there, settled at a table, and did a run-through. That went really well, which put us in a good mood. Another cheerleader from a different team said that even on our run-through, we looked like a whole new team. That meant a lot. We sat and watched all of the other divisions go, and then our division started. We didn't really pay attention to the other teams because that would make us nervous, so we just stretched and talked. Finally, it was our turn to go on, and we were all ready. Well, we totally hit our whole routine. Everyone was so excited! We were jumping up and down, and so was our coach. It was awesome! We waited again for the results to be read, and we got our name called for 4th place! We jumped up and started screaming. We definitely were the most excited about winning a trophy. Other teams who got like third or second in their division just sent a person to get the trophy and sat down. We were pumped. It was great. I am so happy right now, and so proud of my team.
